Be aware that there are no pots, pans, or utensils other than a couple knives and forks. It’s an extended stay but you have to bring all of your own stuff. No coffeemaker in room, only in lobby.

I read the reviews & felt like this hotel was worth trying because of the room type, location, & price. I spent time in advance checking in so that I could speed up the process. Upon arrival (between 10-11 pm), the single express check-in kiosk was out of service. I waited in a line for a while as 1 employee checked people in. When it was my turn, the employee said he had something he needed to do & walked away. It was frustrating but understandable considering he was the only one up there without a working kiosk. My room was the last room near a side exit door on the 1st floor. The main rear exit door to the back parking lot was out of service, so all night, the side exit doors were abruptly opening & slamming shut. I couldn't hear other guests through the walls, but that door opening & closing throughout the night was so loud I kept thinking it was my door, making sleep rough. The room appeared very clean until I opened a kitchen cabinet to throw something away & saw that the garage from the previous guests hadn't been emptied. That was gross, but the room cleanliness was the best part of the stay otherwise. In the room, there was 1 dishwasher pod, 1 shampoo bottle, & 1 soap bar. No tissues, in-room coffee, or other "extras." The next day, I came back to the hotel between 2-3 pm & my room key didn't work to open that side exterior door, so I had to walk around to the front & wait for an employee to fix my room key. He was polite & it worked consistently after that.

The room itself was nice and clean! All new! It was wonderful. The bad side- people live there full time, not just for a hotel stay so it is loud. Parties. People dropping things and screaming at 3 am. People in rooms right next to you slamming doors at 3 am and yelling at each other! People yelling out the windows in the middle of the night and vehicles revving with people shouting. People yelling at each other down the hallway. You’re a fighter or flight will kick in and you will not be able to get sleep with all the noise and chaos happening all around you. I wouldn’t stay here again because of this experience. The room was wonderful. The people all around were not.

This place was very loud. We could hear the people upstairs several times at night stomping around. It also didn’t have any dishes to cook with and provided only two spoons and no forks or knives. Not very clean either

Clean top to bottom! and friendly staff! Only negatives - noise from freeway and absolutely no frills - no shampoo/conditioner/hair dryer/pot/pan or large bowl. Not sure why you have a kitchen with zero supplies?? All that said we would stay again just need to make sure we bring everything we might need.

The check in is a giant pain. You have to scan the barcode of your license to get in with a kiosk. I certainly didn’t like it - especially when there was a person sitting at the counter just inside the door.
