Un séjour de qualité dans une chambre sympathique, et un personnel au top. Seul bémol c'est l'immeuble qui est très vieux.

The hotel was in constant touch with us. They were always helpful. The room clean, with good light and good space. Jenny was a delight, helpful and friendly. Close to the train station (8 minutes walking). This is the place to stay if you look for security, assistance and closeness to important places.

Info prior to arrival was excellent. Very good location for access to station. Modern, clean. Only real issue was being unable to use lift due to inconsiderate others not closing doors. Not great when on 4th floor and carry heavy suitcases.

Inconspicuous from the outside, clean, well done room with comfortable bed and good water pressure. Short walk to train station & many restaurants in that area.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the rooms were pristine. The additional keys and security show the need for precaution in the area, but the rooms themselves were fantastic.

Super appartement . Schone ruime kamers.

We arrived much later because of the flight delay and had to call Diana for help to enter the property. She was polite and helpful despite it was very late. The room was clean, spacious and moder. But the building and staircase looks completely opposite - old and unsafe, especially at night with children. There are "tickets" for breakfast at the nearby cafe. Croissants and fresh juice/coffe were delicious despite the fact that we only got 3 "tickets" for 4 people. Close to train station (5€ per person) and fairly close to the airport (taxi €30). Naples is amazing but why, oh why there are soooooo much litter everywhere!?Italians - love your beautiful country more !

The room was very clean. It was hard finding the place. And being in Naples you have to keep your head on a swivel. But over all the stay was nice and I felt safe inside
