Booked 1 night, gave 4 weeks advance notice via email of my unavoidable and very late arrival, for which they were very helpful and courteous. Late check-in instructions all worked. Next morning, discovered several maintenance issues in room which I personally found concerning. Reception desk unmanned during checkout period, so texted my concerns in detail to contact number. I found their text responses to feedback on room issues room to be dismissive, defensive and potentially unhelpful for the future if not addressed. Room 7.
