We stayed at Cantley house for a wedding, beautiful setting, food was amazing, all the staff very friendly and helpful. The building is old but needs a little revamp in the main house, looks very tired. We had issues with the cleanliness in our room but this was dealt with in a very professional manner by the manager Tom. Breakfast in the stables was perfect!

Stayed here for a wedding. I stayed in a superior room with garden access which was a lovely touch to have a few chairs and a table to sit at. Room was spacious and clean. Only downside there is no air-con and rooms get very warm. There is a fan in the room but at 32c it doesn’t do it justice. Breakfast was nice and staff were friendly and helpful.

This is a wonderful quiet hotel in the country with great staff and impeccable service. The main rooms are in an old country house, but there are very comfortable large rooms in the Annex as well. Breakfast servies an abundance of fresh cooked foods to order, in addition to a large buffet. One on the reasons this hotel is so great is the dedicated staff who work as a small team and support one another. It is not a big corporate hotel, and that adds to its beauty. I will go there again and again when I am in the area for work.

Very old building and no air conditioning. Very hot as it’s very poorly insulated and the hotel has attic rooms. The reception staff are so unprofessional that it was a real struggle to get a proper invoice with the company’s address on it. Free parking provided

I stayed here for work and was very pleasantly surprised with how lovely it is. My room was very comfortable, I had a wonderful sleep and woke up feeling very refreshed. The food was good too, I had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and was very happy with both. The grounds are beautiful and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
