A comfy place to stay

This hotel is situated in a pretty nice place in Brooklyn, include walking, it takes 40 minutes to go to Manhattan via G, J and M train. If you want to see Brooklyn Bridge, it is also in a walkable distance. Staff members are helpful. The room that I stayed had a high ceiling, pretty spacious, but didnt have the bath tub, just had a small shower place. It makes me a little bit disapointted.

Hotel fonctionnel et abordable pour Brooklyn

Hôtel relativement abordable dans Brooklyn. Environnement moyen mais proche des transports en commun (bus, métro). La chambre était très spacieuse et la literie confortable. Niveau de propreté correct. Bon accueil pour le check in. Assez bruyant malgré une insonorisation correcte mais cela reste acceptable pour New York. Le petit déjeuner est très limité (bagels et corn flakes, café américain), disons que cela dépanne mais mieux vaut prévoir un petit déjeuner à l'extérieur.

Got in late Friday front desk was very helpful. I was able to park on the street until Monday morning. This hotel is in Hasidic Jewish community so we learned some things by looking up on google. They were walking everywhere. Felt very safe. Room was clean looking, sheets were fresh, bed was comfortable multiple pillows. There was someone’s sock and a pill under the bed when we got there, guess that wasn’t checked or vacuumed. The bathroom sink was moveable on its pedestal. The hot water takes 2min to get to 4th floor. They had travel shampoo conditioner soap and a toothbrush facial tissues and extra tp. The A/C unit didn’t seem to regulate right it was cooler outside but even on 67 didn’t seem to get cold. WiFi worked but didn’t really use it. Would recommend hotel!

Trop bruyant !

Petit déjeuner plus que simple , un bagel et du café. Chambre et salle de bains vastes mais très bruyantes Carrefour fréquenté et simple vitrage . Attention pas de petit dej le samedi et avertis une heure apres qu’un gâteau était disponible. Sinon quartier sur et familial. 20mn de marche jusqu’au métro Marcy .

Overall the hotel was ok. The breakfast is very limited. Hotel desk was sometimes left empty. The condition of the rooms required updating. The religious community surrounding the hotel made it a little uncomfortable, especially when it was a 15 minute walk to get to a subway. Getting stared at constantly didn't feel very pleasant.

You get what you paid for. Great for the price however the surrounding neighborhood is quite boring, which really was not a problem as long as you're ok with walking 15 minutes to the subway or taking the bus! Would recommend all things considered if budget is a factor for you!

Not worth the money

Was told there are 3 parking spots , first come first serve,, when we got there they said oh they are rented out, we had to park over 2 blocks away, the CO detector went off at 4am the guy literally rip it out of the ceiling causing lights to go out in room, who ever cleans the room is not very good,, there was a ball of black curly hair aside the nightstand on the floor, windows were horribly dirty, has a efficiency kitchen but NO dishes cups etc, the coffee is INSTANT,, very gross. The only friendly desk person was the young lady on the evening shift, definitely not worth the Over $450 we paid for 2 nights…
