Allow early check in if room available and advanced notice. Near train station Ottaviano , about 30s walking distance from one of the exit. But if you want a very quite room, maybe not suitable, as it located near main road.

Michelle is very nice and recommend the attractions to me in Roma! The guy for making breakfast is so nice too. The food is delicious! The location is very good and close to the Ottaviano metro station. Supermarket in 5 mins walk. I stayed at Claudia room, I like the chic and stylish decor. I will stay at Amor if I go to Roma again!

Very friendly staff, very convenient location just 1 min walk from the metro station. The room is very clean and tidy, toilet is user-friendly. The sweetest thing is that they bring us the breakfast in our room everyday with different variety during your stay which we think it is very sweet and warm. It was the best hotel that we stayed in during our Italy trip. Thank you again for taking care of us these days:)

There is no parking lot available, i had to look for a place. And the AC in one our 2 rooms was not working the first night. It was fixed after and it was good. There is no service on site.

A estadia foi ótima. O local como nas fotos é muito perto do Vaticano. Precisa melhorar o acesso ao quarto. Não tem interfone e precisei aguardar uns 15 minutos até a saída de um morador do local para abrir a porta externa.

I was a little nervous about the check in process, but it all worked without a problem as I followed the detailed instructions. The room was super clean. Not much room to walk around, but we didn't come to Rome to sit in our room. We got the room with a jacuzzi, which was very nice after a long day of touring (walking). Breakfast (included) was wonderful. Coffee (you choose the type you want), juice, a small breakfast sandwich, croissants, delicious yogurt, oranges, and mini dry bread with jam and butter. It was very satisfying. You order breakfast to arrive in your room at the time of your choosing (any time between 8:30 and 9:30). Outside there is a pizza shop just steps away, also an ice cream shop. Low price Souvenir stores right outside in all directions. Metro station (Octaviano) is also just steps away. The room is up in the fufth floor (via elevator) so there is no noise from the street. I don't know about the other rooms, but our room (Vanessa) didn't have any views. The owner(s) were quick to respond to any questions. The breakfast staff were very kind and accomodating. We received a lively surprise one night (from our hosts) as we were celebrating a milestone anniversary. It was very thoughtful of them. The only improvement I would suggest is a bed that is a little higher off the ground for us folks with hips that are getting old. I would choose this place again.

年末年始に宿泊しました。海外のBBは初めてだったので、どうやってチェックインするのか不安でしたが、電話とメールで確認することが出来ました。電話ができる SIM を準備しておくと安心です！地下鉄から近いので空港や観光地へのアクセスは秀逸！バチカン市国からも近いのではじめてのローマにピッタリと思います☆朝食も毎朝美味しいクロワッサンを。朝食べれない時は柔軟に調整いただけて助かりました！またローマに来る時は宿泊したいです！

Localização privilegiada, próximo de metrô próximo de diversos pontos de interesse de alimentação e passeios, dá pra ir a pé no Vaticano e alguns pontos turísticos na volta, o quarto era de tamanho adequado, roupa de cama limpa, aquecedor funcionando, banheiro grande e limpo, café da manhã suficiente e muito bem preparado, atendimento ágil e rápido dos anfitriões e do pessoal de suporte também! Nosso quarto era o Emanuele e gostamos muito!
