Unhappy with room, no mention lower rooms were direct access to main road. Checked in at 3pm and asked if we could have a room at the back or on the second floor. Informed that we couldn't because the hotel was fully booked (coach party arriving later). We weren't asking for a new booking, just a different room. Complete refusal to accommodate our request (too much trouble to punch a few keys on the keyboard). Asked how our stay was by another employee when checking out, so we told them. Received an apology and a comment the checking in staff could most definitely have re-roomed us with such a request. Cons - small motel style rooms on lowered street facing side, nothing like those on the website. Some poor staff attitudes. Pros - good restaurant with great staff and food. Would I stay there again - no. Would it eat in the restaurant again - yes.
