We stayed one night, (last night May 9) very comfortable. The problem is, my credit card was charged for close to $400 more than it should have,( I had already paid for the room) in 5 different transactions. One being over $100 for a lg, unregistered pet, the last one was declined because they maxed out my card. And several others. Called them when I got to my final destination. The nice lady said they would reverse all the charges, but it would take 3-5 days. That’s unacceptable.
