Hade verkligen velat ha separat schampoo och balsam i dushen, och även om frukosten var bra utmärkt för allergi/specialkost, hade det kunnat bli ännu bättre! Vi bor väldigt mycket på hotell och återkommer ofta till hotell vi trivs på, men hit återkommer vi inte. Trevlig personal, men det var det enda positiva. Hemsk färgsättning i rummet. Rött, som är bannlyst där man ska sova blandat med orange och röriga tapeter. Framkallar illamående. Sänglamporna var som strålkastare snett från sidan och lampan i badrummet direkt osmaklig. Comfort har troligen inga inredningsarkitekter anställda?! Vi kommer alltid välja andra hotell än Comfort Hotel när vi bor i Norrköping framöver. Rekommenderas inte.

Förvånansvärt få hotell i Sverige har luftkonditionering, vilket är är ett måste med de somrar vi har. Vi kom en dag där det var 28 grader och var extremt tacksamma för luftkonditioneringen. Allt annat var också till belåtenhet och trevlig personal.

The stay was pleasant. The staff was helpful, they even gave me an upgraded room, connected room for family. We got a room on the 5th floor and the windows were facing the sun set & sun rise during this time of the year (July). It was a great view with no many buildings in the background and you could see hill ranges far in the horizon! The staff also let me borrow an electic kettle. Breakfast was good, but I think it is subjective and not everyone would rate as super. It was not crowded during the breakfast, may be because the guests could choose from one of the breakfast time slots beforehand. Parking (EasyPark) was available for 70kr per day just behind the hotel. Location is great, there is nice riverfront to walk, parks nearby, Gamla staden was just a walk away where you could find a number of restaurants as well.

Coolt inrett hotell som känns både modernt och fräscht. Rummet rymligt och funktionellt. Väldigt välkomnande och trevlig personal! P-plats finns att boka, vilket kan vara bekvämt om man är bilburen.
