Incredible customer service, with amazing food in the restaurants and a really nice swimming pool area. Also the best massage I’ve ever had, I felt like a new person afterwards! Less than 10 minutes drive from the airport, makes this a convenient place to stay , but also feel nicely away from the city. There is a train station opposite with very cheap tickets to travel around (compared to UK prices), much cheaper than getting a taxi. Only downside is most of the hotel has really nice smells, however around reception it can smell quite strongly of cigarettes , as there is a smoking room nearby.

Excellent arrival/ welcome. Very attentive. Service is generally very good, with few exceptions. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable, but unfortunately many rooms do not have walk-in showers but bathtub only. Cleanliness is very good. The surrounding garden is beautiful and the hotel is very close to the lake. Although the tranquility gets shattered by starting or landing airplanes from time to time. The hotel is in many places safari themed. Either you like that or not. Overall quite enjoyed the stay.

Das Zimmer war im Keller, es ist eher wenig chic, es war die ganzen Nacht ein Geräusch zu hören als duschte jemand Das Zimmer und das design selbst erinnerte eher an ein 3* Hotel im östlichen Deutschland. Bei offenem Fenster hört man sehr gut die Flugzeuge, die Klimaanlage ist eher outdated Tolles Frühstück.
