The stay at simple stay hotel was excellent for the price and we had a great experience! The beds were so comfy and the breakfast is good and it's quiet and comfortable and I definitely will be coming back and the staff are very friendly.

Hobbs the surprise place on our trip.

Had a great stay, the room was spacious the bed was comfy and the shower pressure was good. They appear to have recently renovated. Some of it was a little rough but the effort was appreciated

The manager and his wife are very friendly and understanding!!! They really kept their staff to stay on top of keeping everything clean!! I felt comfortable leaving my daughter and granddaughter here while going to work.

Just re modeled, new bed, dressers, appliances. Very clean and quiet. The new couple were very sweet checking in and were extremely nice. For the price and location m, you cannot beat it. Would stay there again anytime in Hobbs

Marquee sign offered free breakfast burritos -- there were none. I asked about coffee and person there said *maybe* there was some left. Room was tiny, barely enough room to walk around bed, no desk or place for my laptop. Whole place smelled odd -- like heavy cooking in lobby (not at breakfast, in late afternoon). Room had heavy chemical smell, almost like acetone nail polish remover. Reasonably clean. Good TV.

Accomidations blew the Price away

This was a refurbished hotel on the first day of reopening. Having stayed any many flea-traps, I was very impressed with the accomidations. I do not normally give reviews, but his totally beat expectations.

Over all it wasnt a bad hotel for one night. Easy check in and out. The beds were comfy. Over all the room was clean the only problem we found was hair. Our comforter was covered in hair and the shower.
