It's pretty upsetting that you allow this hotel to say they have free parking. They have 10 cramped parking spaces that are always taken. We had to search for parking every day of our stay. There was no ventilation in the room. The bathroom had brand new vents but they didn't turn on.

The parking lot was full and an additional note on the limited parking should be noted on the booking link. The hotel suite was not very clean, the hotel floor smelled terrible as if guests were smoking in their rooms. Very negative experience and will not book there again.

I am not sure if we just got a bad room or what. Upon arrival to our room, it smelled like someone had been chain smoking in there for days. Overall it was clean but there were no hangers in the closet and not even one hook to hang towels in the bathroom. A desk but no chair. It did have a mini fridge which was nice. When I asked for hangers, they brought 3. The hotel staff was very friendly and location was good, convenient to the train. Free parking if you get there in time, otherwise it's the street or a garage. I was really hoping this would become the go-to spot for visiting my son at Fordham but I will keep looking.

SCAM... do not book here

This hotel is a scam. Dont trust pictures. The outside of hotel is RAT INFESTED and in a horrible neighborhood. Hotel staff was rude and check in took 20 minutes. After finally getting a key, i found that the "free parking " is limited to 10 parking spots and there is no overnight street parking. . Had to book another hotel. Just a horrible place....

Our stay was very safe, very clean hotel. Very comfortable. Just a few tips for hotel management. Shower needs a soap dish or liquid soap shelf, no where to put soap while you’re showering. This makes it difficult for older people to have to bend down to grab soap or shampoo from the shower floor. Also, towel racks, none in bathroom to hang towel. Rooms should all have microwaves, not very convenient to have to go to lobby to use the only microwave in the whole hotel. Absolutely no kind of amenities… maybe like a lil area in lobby where one can purchase a bottle of water, soft drink, snacks, etc etc. Other than that, very nice stay! Surprise to see this in the Bronx.

El hotel está muy nuevo, pero creo que a corto plazo no va a ofrecer la calidad que tiene ahora mismo. En ocasiones olía a tabaco y canabis, incluso dentro de nuestra habitación se podía sentir el humo. Estaba bastante preocupada por la zona antes de llegar, pero saliendo por la mañana a coger el metro y llegando por la noche en Uber no tuvimos ningún problema; incluso desayunábamos y alguna noche cenamos en el mcdonals de enfrente ( por la noche tiene seguridad). El metro está a unos 7 minutos andando y te lleva directamente al centro. La habitación es amplia, cómoda y limpia, aunque si te toca con vistas al tren, lo escucharás con frecuencia pasar. Nos hacían la habitación siempre que se lo pedíamos y eran muy amables en recepción. El precio está muy bien comparado con el resto de hoteles en NYC y la calidad en relación a lo que pagas es muy buena. El parking es pequeño, pero suele haber aparcamiento en la calle donde dejamos nuestro coche de alquiler una noche y no nos lo tocaron.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. We walked into what was supposed to be a clean room. There was hair on the toilet and in the bed. It was gross. We informed the front desk and got clean sheets for the bed. The floor we were on smelled like marijuana and was extremely loud. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
