Room was good after they switched us since the first room was leaking water in the bathroom we had a non smoking room for what all you smelled was weed & our last night there someone put music on full blast at 4:20am sound like a night club in my room & had to change my key card 3 times out of the 4 nights being there.

The room was disgusting. The booking said smoke free but the hallway smelled of smoke and there was an ashtray in the room. Went down to ask for a clean room and was downsized to a queen bed. The internet is horrible. I will be reaching out as this is the worse experience I’ve had via hotels.com

Super sketchy area at night and there was no parking in hotel lot or on the street (even though we called ahead and were told someone was leaving at 11- but many cars were waiting for same spot) so we didn’t feel safe unloading our things and left. Asked for a refund but not given it. We went to the Hyatt Place in Yonkers for less expense and it felt 100% safe and easy.

The property was clean and you can tell that it's new but there's extension cords for the lighting in the room, the mattress was way too firm, I smelled marijuana smell all night to the point of migraine headache and the lobby refreshments area never had all the items for a quick cup of coffee on the go. For this stay, just one night, it did everything I needed, provided a place to rest. But if you needed multiple nights, this would be a 1-star location.

The parking is almost nonexistent. There is no coffee pot in the rooms, no hooks in the bathroom for anything. There is a single Keurig in the lobby but you have to ask the desk clerk for everything as they do not keep even sugar out.

First of, the parking is very limited so do not expect that you'll be able to park inside. The person at the reception was not very friendly and it was hard to understand what he was saying. The room was barely clean, we found other people's hair all the time. There was no soap dispenser in the shower, the towels looked old and very used. The picture of the room on the add makes it look so big, but it's really not. The smell of weed (marijuana) and urine filled the air in the hallway. Lastly, the area around it did not feel very safe. Not coming back!

The WIFI wasn't that great but the AC/Heater worked perfectly. We heard loud music playing from 2 other rooms on our floor. The location was close to the metro north and subway and there are lots of restaurant to choose from.

The room was OK. The bed was hard and lumpy. The room had a stench about it and then other guest on the floor play loud music there was hollering and yelling all night long. Also, they say they have free parking. That is if the parking lot is not full and it only holds like 10 cars.

When I tell you to run from this place, run!!! Very disgusting. Smoke smell through the entire building, the rooms, hallways and especially elevator. This is more like a motel so don’t let the nice pictures fool you. I was so disappointed. The only good thing is that the staff, which was a young guy when I checked in was very friendly. Also, walls extremely thin, can hear everything! People playing loud music in their room, no staff after certain hours to attend to inquires. Just very terrible. Never again!!!

Location was very convenient for Montefiore hospital. I highly recommend they give complimentary ear plugs with how loud sounds travels. Everything happening in the hallways sounds like it’s in your room all throughout the night and early morning, and everything that happened in the room next to us we heard especially in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable, but there was no fitted sheet. The smoke detectors are covered which makes sense because it smells like weed in the building, and the peep hole was plugged which we found weird. The tv didn’t connect to the wifi but we brought a Roku so we were fine. The staff was kind, and the room and lobby were clean and the parking was ideal for our situation with the hospital. If you need an affordable clean room this place will work, just definitely bring ear plugs if you want to rest at night.

Simplesmente pavoroso. O quarto era grande e espaçoso, o banheiro bonito, porém nada disso adianta se o local é sujo, fede a cigarro e se você não IMPLORAR, ninguém limpa seu quarto em nenhum momento. Minha amiga e eu fomos a trabalho para NY, e o local era muito próximo de onde estaríamos hospedadas, o que era conveniente, mas com frequência éramos surpreendidas por hóspedes gritando atrocidades, batendo portas, ouvindo música no último volume de madrugada e frequentemente sob efeito de substâncias. Reclamamos muitas vezes à recepção, que parecia não se importar nem um pouco. O hotel é absolutamente insalubre.
