Discovered several issues. Staff had me try several rooms. One room had a broken shower. One room had not been cleaned appropriately. A third room had signs of pests.

I booked the room for once price and when I got there, the lady said there was a deposit I would get back at the end of our stay, if we took care of the room. I tried calling today, nearing a week of when we checked out and some man was really crappy with me saying they don't take deposits. I don't know if I called the right one but i tried three different numbers and each one brought me back to that guy. On top of not receving my deposit back, the floors in the room were dirty, there was a sander laying on the floor when we walked in, the bed was hard, and our key cards stopped working the next day after checking in for our two day stay. Other than that, the appliances were new and the woman at the desk was nice each time we spoke with her.

Where do I start? The virtual check in was, although friendly enough individuals, the lady on the monitor was having a conversation with her husband or someone so the experience was less than professional. I shouldhve checked the area because I waited in the car because there was a gentleman at the kiosk while his fiend waited in the car. Did I mention he had a full ski mask on? Just a bit intimidated to say the least. So now let’s get to the room. Limited amenities, shower was crusty, room smelled musty. Didn’t know what was going on with the toilet. Looked like under, behind hasn’t been cleaned in a while.. we was flying out at 6 am so we wasn’t trying to get to airport by 4. At 3:45 am while we loading up the car, a very slow rolling, full of guys creeps by us and parked. We hurried up and got back into the somewhat safety of the room. Needless to say, we might have got 2 hours of sleep.. sorry for the unfavorable review but truth be told…!!
