Hotel trovato chiuso all’arrivo senza alcun avviso. Ci hanno messi a fatica in un altro hotel e sono spariti poi per saldare la differenza, avendo pagato io tutto l’hotel nuovo. Nessuna risposta a chiamate e messaggi. Una vergogna di posto.

buongiorno,, con la presente faccio reclamo. il giorno del mio arrivo l'albergo mi ha telefonato con whatsapp per dirmi che la camera non era disponibile per un problema idraulico. mi ha proposto due csse in affitto a pietrasanta e camaiore da pagare interamente e pou chiedre il rimborso. alla fine ho chiesto il rimborso e non mi hanno fornito un'altra slternativa. la pratica è dal mio avvicato. desidero abere il rimborso di quanto pagato perchè del soggiorno non ho usifruito. albergo da escludere da ogni.lista. aspette vostre notizie nel più breve tempo posdibile

Non potendo mettere 0 stelle ho dovuto per forza metterne una. Albergo visibilmente abbandonato da tempo. Telefonicamente dirottano il cliente ad un altro hotel ignaro di tutto prima dell'arrivo prelevano i soldi anche se il cliente aveva prenotato scegliendo la formula paga in struttura. Quindi questa è una grande truffa. Già segnalato sia a Expedia che alle autorità competenti.
