Jennifer at the desk was very helpful during my stay during the inclement weather. I am an essential employee, and the room was clean and it was quiet during the day while i was sleeping. Room stayed warm in the extreme temperature drop

Their house keeping banged on the door at 7:30 am and tried to enter the room when I didnt answer quickly (we were asleep) There were 4 people in our room and getting more than 2 towels from housekeeping was a chore, they were also very rude in demanding the used towels. The bathroom walls were not clean at all. We were unable to park in front of our room as other guests were camped out in the open parking spots at our door with grills set up, they were also extremely noisy all night our last night right in front of our window even as late as 1 am and even after multiple calls to the front desk nothing was done (I had children trying to sleep) we also paid extra for breakfast and wifi, there was no breakfast and the wifi kept saying unable to connect

I would never recommend this place! Dirt on the walls ,furniture is scratched all up and broken down and old, bedspread and couch all stained up and the room is stinky.

Initially was put into a smoking room they corrected and was put into a nonsmoking room much better. Staff was friendly and helpful I would stay there again if I ever go through Sheridan again.

No frills stay. Clean, comfortable beds, microwave, fridge in room. Safe neighborhood. Breakfast offerings were less than expected. Building needs maintenance/upgrades.

The front desk person was very friendly. We had a nice conversation and checkin was quick. The bed was probably the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in at a hotel. There wasn’t any shampoo but there was a soap and lotion dispenser by the sink. Great stop on our moving adventure and I will make sure to stop there for the night if I’m ever in the area again.

Old furnishings, bathroom worn (mold in tub) , breakfast bar very poor, coffee urn almost empty, couldn’t find staff to re-fill, very few food selections. Run down appearance.

The hotel needs pest control. There were roaches in my room. The furniture is very old. The bedspread was thin. There was hair in the bathtub. Nothing had been wiped down.

They need to update their photos. The pool is dark green and doesn’t look like it has been opened in years. The room they gave me was dirty. Sheets were splattered with some substance and the paint on the walls was peeling. We did not stay on the room. Instead, we went across the street and stayed at the other hotel in town, which was much cleaner.
