The bathroom light didn’t work and the fan was noisy. Air conditioner didn’t work well. Bed was too soft. The staff was nice but when you wanted something from the front desk you had to wait. The door key had to be reset every other time you used it.

Very underwhelming.

We had an Executive suite and it was not up to the standards of what that title states. There were burnt out light bulbs, a dead bug on the floor by the bed, the tub felt like it was going to fall through the floor. Breakfast was horrible. What they put out was cold and very limited.No on was attending it and most of the food was empty and counters messy. Would not stay again. When we came to check in no one was around. We had to wait and wait.

Don't stay here

Don't waste your money! Gross! The pics show the a/c unit filth...this was right next to the bed. And the bathroom ceiling mold. Don't even bother to change burnt out bulbs.Moxrowave had no plate.

When I arrived, I was told I didn't have a reservation. She asked if I had just booked it that day because they were overbooked. I told her I had booked it 4 days prior. She put. us in another room for the same price, so that was ok. We were there for 3 nights and never got a visit from housekeeping. We asked for fresh towels and were told that housekeeping was coming (this was around 4 pm). We got back from supper around 8:00 and housekeeping had not been there. I saw a cart and snagged a couple of towels. The room was incredibly humid even with the (very loud) AC running constantly. Everything felt damp and towels that we hung up never dried to be used again.

Quick two night stay!

It was fine for what we needed, room was clean. Air conditioner was really loud, they provided you with an ice bucket but no ice machine! Free breakfast was really lacking, luckily I’m not a big breakfast eater! Next time I will pick another place!

Lobby was nice. Room was dirty something on the carpet. Air conditioner was loaded with dust and lint. We signed no smoking paper but the couple we were with opened door to gust of smoke. Breakfast was ok orange juice empty not refilled.

Decent place

It is a nice hotel for the price, rooms are decent and clean. Breakfast was great. Only issue was got in to town a little early 2:35 pm and wanted to check in and shower before heading out to sight see and was told check in wasn't until 3 pm. Understand the rules but didn't feel was extremely earl6

Terrible on every level!!!!

We stayed 5 nights and no one cleaned our room once. We asked day 3 as we needed washcloths and toilet paper but nothing. Breakfast ran out of butter 2nd day, hard biscuits. No ice machine. Hot tub was not available. Husband wanted a soda and soda machine was empty. Weather was coming in and we wanted to leave a day early as we were on motorcycle and didn't want to get caught and we were told we had booked for 5 nights and that was that. No one ever at front desk even used phone to call front desk and always got a busy signal. On 4th night we came back to room to find new toilet paper roll but room wasn't touched. We will never be back again.....

Do Not Stay Here

To start off the hotel had boarded up windows. The first room we were in had a window unit A/C that was so loud you couldn’t even talk to someone in the room. After we moved to a new room, the floor was just as dirty as the first. Also in the second room the bathroom light wouldn’t work and there were black mold spots growing on the ceiling above the shower. To top it all off the beds were not comfortable and they roll you off the edges. It’s obvious they don’t pay close attention to cleaning due to the fact that we found what appeared to be zip lock bags of edible gummy’s in the mini fridge. Over all definitely would not recommend this place to anyone!!
