These people dont understand english well. I didnt know it was no pets. The lady asked if we had pets, i said yes but he was staying in the car. She kept telling me no pets in room, i told her i know. The cat would be in the car. She didnt understand that i was leaving the caz in the car. The old man came in, decided i was rude. He he refused to register us. I told him he needed to go back to his country. I asked for my money back. He said he didnt give money back. I needed zo contact the refund insurance. I dont know if ill get it back. Refunds are for illness, or transportation problems.
NOT PET FRIENDLY. JUST IN TO MAKE MONEY. I DIDNT HAVE MORE MONEY TO GET ANOTHER PLACE. HE HAD ALREADY MADE UP HIS MIND. I WENT THERE 4ARLIER TO CHECK IN. THE EMAIL HAD SAID BY ELEVEN. HE SAID AFTER 3PM. HE EVEN CALLED THE LITTLE PLACE WHETE WE ENDED UP STAYING. SHE CALLED HIM TO SEE IF IT WAS "OKAY". IT COST MORE AND I MAY NOT GET MY MONEY REFUNDED FROM HIS MOTEL. I DID YELL AT HIM. I FELT LIKE DIRT ON TH3 GROUND. HE NEEDS TO HAVENO PETS ON THE COMPUTER PAGE. THE ANIMAL THAT WAS WITH ME IS A SERVICE ANIMAL. FIR THE GENTLE MAN THAT I CARE FOR. THIS PLACE BY LAW CANT REFUSE CUSTMERS FOR THAT RESSON. BAD SERVICE .
