The lights were not working in the bathroom and would flicker. Made it difficult to get ready. There was hardly any lights in the sitting area No blow dryer. Construction going on inside the building.

This hotel is horrible check in was strange, the entire hotel smelled badly of mold. Everything in the room was rusty or broken. There were patches on the walls all over the room. The A/C was plugged into the wall with a frayed cord that was a fire hazard. The breakfast area had a sign that said no coffee, juice tasted sour, about the only thing that may have been edible was a do it yourself waffle. Of course there were no forks to eat with. The front desk person suggested I cut it up then use a spoon to eat it. There was a buzzer go off in the lobby for the fire system all morning. The front desk person told me not to worry it does this all the time. Finally when checking out I was given a bill even though I pre-paid. No manager to speak to and they never called me. I will never stay here again.

The room was in no condition to be rented . We didn’t stay after checking in and seeing the condition it was in. The door didn’t lock unless dead bolted, the key was useless . There was no tv in the room at all. The bathtub was stained and to top it off there was what appeared to be blood on the carpet . I took videos and pictures to document it. Due to an event in the city we ended up without a room for the night after being given this and told there was nothing they could do.

Breakfast was lacking. Only a little food brought out at a time. Coffee machine not working a couole days. The hotel rooms need work. Several other people experienced the same thing. Tvs not working, door locks not working and the list goes on. Found a big cockroachin the room. (Only one so it may have been rare) Service staff was good. We were told the hotel is going to be going through renovations so I think things are be neglected. Location was good. Safe area.

El día que llegamos estaban arrestando a una persona en la puerta del hotel. Los vendedores ambulantes entraban como en su casa. Nos tocaron unos vecinos que todos los días peleaban y tiraban basura y ropa en los pasillos. No funcionó el agua caliente de la regadera y la solución fue que nos bañaramos con el agua del lavabo.

I stafrom a Friday through a Tuesday and the housekeeping never cleaned my room. After the first day, I gave it a pass and got fresh towels from the front desk. The second time, the owner or manager gave me more towels and I asked him to remind housekeeping to service my room. It never happened. .The staff desk

1st room tv didn’t work. Moved us to 2nd room. Tv had lines running through it, bathroom door couldn’t close, lights didn’t work, blood on bed sheets, couch was damp the entire time we were there. Went for breakfast at 8am all pans were empty and there were only 2 pans for the entire hotel. Said they have to find the cook. Couldn’t have breakfast any of the 3 days we were there. Kept trying to take out an $11 charge but no one knew what it was for.
