When I arrived Expedia, your company failed to send the reservation to the hotel. They did not have the reservation for me and your agents could not help, they lied and said they called the hotel but they did not, I gave them the phone number and they refused to call it and kept saying that they were calling the hotel and no one was answering which is not true because I was standing at the front desk with the manager and the ooh one never rang. I was not able to check in as the hotel never received any information from Expedia at all. Horrible service by Expedia. I am expecting a refund and have a case open.
