booked a superior double room. was allocated a room with 2 single beds pushed together - meant that two people sleeping together would lie across the uncomfortable edges of the 2 mattress. that made for horrible sleep. also - each of the beds were horrifically short. I'm 160cm, my feet just about fit in. my partner at 180cm had the top of head against the headboard, and feet were hanging off the bed.

Chambre très propre et confortable, chambre grande pour le U-K, personnel affable, bon petit-déjeuner, les allergies alimentaires sont prises au sérieux au restaurant. Points négatifs: pas de coffre-fort à la chambre et l'éclairage extérieur serait à améliorer. L'hôtel se trouve un peu au milieu de nulle part (je le savais), mais si l'extérieur du bâtimement était mieux éclairé, on se sentirait plus en sécurité le soir à la sortie du tram ou du train. Il fait vraiment sombre.

This hotel is litetally straight across the street to the Tram and Train station. That is perfect for people traveling for the first time to Edinburgh. Customer service was a little on the pious end. No "Good mornings", "Good evenings" or any other greetings when you came in or out. Regardless of poor intetpersonal skills, this is definitely the place to stay to travel the city of Edinburgh with ease and convenience. Whether it's Old Towne, Royal Mile, Theathers, Museums or getting to the main station for a touring package.. this hotel is the most convenient place to stay!

Très bon choix. L'hôtel se situe à proximité directe d'une gare de trains qui vous mènera directement au centre ville (15 minutes environ) ainsi qu'une halte de tram qui vous mènera directement à l'aéroport en 10 minutes environ. Chambres vastes et confortables.

I was pleasantly surprised at the hotel as a whole. I was not expecting it to be as nice as it was, for the price point. The staff was welcoming and helpful, the room was very clean and had extra pillows on hand (a must for a pillow goblin like me!), and the whole experience was a great start to our trip to Scotland. The restaurant was also fantastic, with great food and lovely wait staff. I give this place 10/10 stars.

Comfortable Rooms and Delicious Breakfast Awaits

On our Scotland tour we stayed at 3 different Premier Inn locations. The staff at all 3 were kind and pleasant to deal with. 5 stars for the gentleman who checked us in at Edinburgh Park. 5 stars for Helen in the dining room at Edinburgh Waverly City Centre. We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast at all 3 locations as well. The menu/ offerings we're identical at each stop.

The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The best part it’s next to the tram. Edinburgh park station is right across the street. There is a breakfast you can buy at check in but we didn’t feel it was worth the money. No shopping nearby but the tram can take you to any of the areas near shopping.
