One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Nothing like the pictures. Room and hotel were absolutely outdated and disgusting with mold everywhere. Left after looking at the room and booked another hotel immediately.

Très bien mais difficile à trouver
1heure à pied avec les bagages pour trouver l'hôtel. Pensant avoir trouvé, arrivés dans un bâtiment, on nous explique que ce n'est pas ce bâtiment mais un autre à 10 min à pied! En dehors de ce problème de repérage tout était positif. Très propre, ambiance reposante, chambre spacieuse.

Hotels.com needs to make some technical changes!!!
Check-in was a nightmare!!! We walked to the hotel from the airport after our flight landed after midnight. The hotel didn't have our reservation and when I provided it to them they said they couldn't check us in until the afternoon. My next flight left at noon so that wasn't an option. Thing is, I wasn't able to book a check-in for midnight of the night we arrived from our long flight so unbeknownst to me I booked for the date that it allowed me to which evidently meant the FOLLOWING day. In order to stay there we had to pay for another night which was significantly higher than what I originally booked, as well as risk my original booking being charged. They weren't able to refund me or change the booking until the manager arrived in the morning but assured me I'd receive my money if we rebooked directly through them. So we did. I ended up getting charged for the original booking as well as the new booking we had to do in order to stay. I'm now battling with Hotels.com and the hotel itself to get my money back well after the fact and every agent is telling me I won't get it back now. We could have stayed in a much nicer hotel right at the airport for less than we paid for this budget hotel. I'm pretty upset.
A person should be allowed to book a room for the day-of!! There should also be a way to contact hotels.com when issues arise; the virtual agent isn't enough.

Fantastisk hotel ( bedre skiltning til hotellet)
Super godt hotelværelse, god seng, stort badeværelse, renligt og nydeligt. Vil klart anbefale det til andre!
Det var svært at finde ud af hvordan man kom fra Gatwick lufthavn hen til Premier inn hotellet ( A23) , vi fandt ud af der var en gratis shuttle tog (North terminal) direkte hen mod diverse hoteller. ( Tilbagevejen er South terminal hvor der ikke står på skiltet at man lander i Gatwick lufthavn - dette burde være mere tydelig for turister)
Obs= Premier Inn london hotellet der ligger tættest op af Gatwick lufthavn burde sætte et tydeligt større skilt på at hvis man har booket Premier in london ( A23 airport way) skal man følge gangsystemet op til hotellet som er ved ligefrem ( hvor Premier inn london hotellet er på højre side når du går opad gaden/hotellet)
Tjek ind maskinen ved indgangen virkede ikke med den kode jeg indtastede ( hvilket er lidt øv) men servicen var perfekt så man fik hjælp hurtigt.
Morgenmaden var god, men blodpølsen der var på buffeten smagte af salt.
Hørte at der var grød (Porridge),men dette forstod vi ikke helt hvordan man kunne bestille dette om det var ekstra eller ej?

Hotel is located a bit of walk away from the north terminal. The paths are quite small to get to the hotel if walking. Located quite far from the south terminal. They agreed to store our luggage over messages prior to our arrival but when we got there they said they only have room in a tiny closet and that we had too much luggage. They ended up storing it but service was not welcoming at all. Check in is strictly at 3pm. Rooms are very basic. No fridge, microwave or drawers. They’ve got a tv but only 2-3 channels work. Shower/washroom was cleaned well and spacious. Bed was also comfortable. We were staying here due to a layover and asked if reception could provide us with 1 pound in exchange for usd and we needed to use a luggage trolley to get to the airport and they said they could not do that. Overall, not very happy with the service. Not welcome and we paid for more than we got. Would not be staying here again. Better off staying at the Hampton Inn or the Premier Inn directly across from the North Terminal. No food spots at a walking distance. Only a gas station close by. Hotel also looks a bit run down and old. Could use some renovations. Small hallways and small elevator.
