I was here for one night and loved it! I’ll be staying here again on my next trip to London. Extremely clean, modern and very cozy. And the location is perfect. It was walkable to three Christmas markets, Big Ben, the London eye and multiple tube stations

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ Great Location and Friendly Staff Fantastic location just behind the London Eye on the South Bank, only a short walk to Waterloo Station. The room was spacious and comfortable. We booked two rooms—one had a strong smell on arrival, and although the staff couldn’t change it that night, they moved us the next day. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Overall, a great place to stay in London.

Good stay and friendly staff.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and nice. Very centrally located so close to tourist sites and trains. My only complaint is that the elevator was sometimes slow and a couple of times stopped working and the stair case to go up is kind of inconvenient. Other than that it was a good stay. The area is also safe but some nights can get a little noisy outside with loud cars.

Great location, but poor sleep quality

Great location! Right by the London Eye. Rate was competitive. Room was clean. No vending machines on the guest floors, no ice machines, no microwave, no mini fridge. We were on the 5th floor, but motorcycles were racing in the street in front of the hotel from 11pm-2am several nights. Needless to say, got very little sleep all week.

2/10 Poor

Wouldnt recommend to families.
Sheraz, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Very central location, rooms clean and very comfortable. Unfortunately front desk staff service was less than adequate at check in. Also could have been told that Thursday mornings they test fire alarm, there is a sign in lobby but we didn’t see it, although it did give us something to laugh about after the fact. Overall would definitely stay there again
Amanda, 3-night trip

2/10 Poor

This was another 'lipstick on a pig' type property. Dangerous bathtub, fire alarm off at 0430, sloping walkways, not accessible, etc. Stay elsewhere.
Douglas, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

Pro: quiet, close to the city and sightseeing places, convenient transportation. Con: The internet is not connected on the 5th and 6th floor. You need to ask for a code to access better WiFi daily as well. Wasted time to fix the internet issues. The wash room door is very heavy.
Shaobo, 4-night trip

8/10 Very good

It's steps from the London Eye, and the Hop on/off starting point for 2 of it's 3 routes. City bus is just down the street. Within walking distance of Westminster Abbey and other notable attractions. It was tricky to find the entrance. Cars cannot enter the heritage street, so Uber had to let us out a half block away. It was dark and we were not sure where we were going. A kindly gentleman helped, and welcomed us in the name of His Majesty, King Charles.

Not comfortable room
Akassh, 4-night trip

6/10 Good

This is an average UK hotel that is showing its age both within the rooms and public spaces. Carpet in the hallway had duct tape I. Several paces to close holes. Before I arrived I called the receptionist 7 times and no one picked up the phone. Once we arrived we discovered that check-in is automated and there is no real front desk. The location is great, staff is friendly but we will not return

8/10 Very good

Juliana, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

O quarto era grande, a cama confortável, excelente localização perto da london eye, big ben, abadia de westminster, foi possível fazer vários passeios em regiões próximas a pé. Metrô super perto do hotel. Mas as instalações são um pouco desgastadas, carpete manchado, a área de refeições nao tinha uma aparência muito limpa.
