Not sure what to call this, I guess I'll go with poor customer service. Before travelling, I emailed the property manager asking if they supply coffee "pods" for the coffee machine in the fully stocked kitchen, like many hotels/motels do. He replied that they supply a small number of complimentary pods. When we got to the apartment, there were no pods, so I asked again via email and got the response that they do not supply coffee pods. Them suppling the pods, or not suppling the pods is not the issue I have with the property management. I specifically asked in advance, so I could prepare either way and got a wrong answer.

Our apartment was nicely updated and clean except for the duvet cover that wasn't cleaned before our stay. You could tell because there was a blood stain on it. The mattress needs to be changed as it was very uncomfortable. There was supposed to be a sofa bed but was more of a day bed with a child size pull out bed under the couch so was falsely advertised. Very close to blue mountain so that was nice.
