Room was outdated and in much needed repairs and renovations. Our A.C units was broken (1 keeps on turning off every 20 mins and the other I had to put my sock where the air comes out because the thing keeps on collapsing on itself….) the bathroom was dirty as well… our “Deluxe” room has no window on top of everything. At least the staffs were nice and did all they could to compensate us with the airport ride but that’s still unacceptable for what we paid for
