Could not get in the door when I first got there told the owner. He never said u have to use the lock box for the key and the door code doesn’t work.Got in there somebody bags were already in the house I was confused by that at first. Called the owner he said he gave the code out to both people. That also shocked me. Nowhere did it say it was a shared unit. So I told him it never said that. So it’s a house that somebody split into two units to maximize their profit. The house is extremely small the bathroom is in the bedroom. I couldn’t even find it at first. The second unit has to go thru the back to get in. So of course I see people walking behind the house three men and was wondering what’s going on and it was the next door tenants who also have my combination to my house. He said he was gone change it did not. I leave and come back there is the next guest in my house so I told him this is a security risk. Somebody is going to get hurt walking in people house he told me I need to locked the doors and take better care of my stuff lol. There is also people who share the boat dock on the side so there is only one parking space and it’s always a battle who can get it first or your have to park your car outside the gate. The people with the boat dock complain somebody always blocking the drive way but the owner tells u to park on the side of the house. Definitely will not go back wasn’t worth the hassle.
