Room was pretty clean other than light staining on the couch. AC could not be adjusted below 24C and there was no flatsheet - only a small duvet. I run very hot when I sleep so I didn't sleep great plus the smoke detector in the middle of the ceiling would flash pretty brightly throughout the night which also kept me up.

We spent one night here on our way to Venice. This was a perfect place to stop and spend the day at the Ferrari museums. Close to the station and breakfast was included. An ideal option for our family of five(in two rooms). Very friendly and helpful staff. Good coffee too.

I had a great stay and would definitely stay here again. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked very well, which was especially appreciated during the summer. The stay seemed to be a great value. My only suggestion would be to add sheer curtains so guests can have natural light during the day while still maintaining privacy. Other than that, everything was excellent. I wish there were more hotels like this during my travels in Italy, and I would happily recommend it to others.

This was the best find!!! Right outside city so you can have a car-but easy access to old city and many amenities nearby. The hotel itself-I cannot say enough. It is half college and half hotel. The amenities are incredible: incredible gym-not a typical hotel gym, game room, pool table, study room and laundry room. Breakfast was pretty good too. Will definitely come back!!!!
