The host purposely did not respond until check-in time, got two different instructions of meetup points. When arrived, the guy showed me a room way worse than what was shown, told about access to the facility pool and gym but lied and said there was no access. Would not give me another room. I ended up not getting the room. Had to struggle with hitel.com support for 2 hour. Such a shame that hotels.com is getting such scammers into their hotel-pool. They managed to compensate me wkth a more expensive apartment in the area. Turned out it was the same agency and host number. I was too tired. Ended up with a moldy and badly maintained apartment . Tjis is the Agencys method of scamming people. Hotels.com should terminate its contract with these scammers

One of the bests in Ho Chi Minh. The unit looks good in the pictures, but it is far better when you see it in person. The hosts are very friendly and approachable. This definitely is a very commendable place to stay in!

The location of the place is peaceful and it is near district 1. I like staying here as it is quiet and its worth the price. Will definitely go back here again. The host is also nice and approachable. He provided us concise instruction on how to enter. I love our stay here!

Was very happy here.. the instructions were super clear, the hosts have gone to great effort to make sure you have all the information necessary for your stay at Luxury Landmark 81 Urban Riverside . Amenities were excellent and had a Family Mart and a Cafe at the entrance of the building for most of your needs. Will stay again, thanks guys

I would absolutely go for this accommodation again. It’s located in a quiet but big alley that is in D1, so basically we are in the center of the city. Location wise, it’s perfect. The room is clean, I like the bottles of water. The price is super reasonable.

The 9.6 rating was falsely claimed. The rooms were dirty, the bathrooms were filthy with mold, the exhaust fan was filthy with dust... There were no amenities, not enough towels. Toilets smelled like sewage. We booked 7 nights but had to move out by 3rd night and went somewhere else.

Alarm bells rung as they kept changing the address of the apartment! First they tried to put me into an apartment that was not anything like what was advertised on the booking platform, it was small and filthy. So I said that this was not the same apartment that i had booked. They then asked me for the pictures of what i had booked, after a telephone call, i was told they had the right apartment for me. After a short taxi ride, we were shown to another apartment, which was similar to what i had booked, though much smaller than i had anticipated. However, i was fine with that as pictures can be deceiving! What i was not ok with was the state of the apartment, the bed sheets had not been changed, there were hairs and stains in the bedding, pubic hair on the toilet seat and the whole apartment, including the shelves and cupboards were absolutely filthy...i could not even put anything on the surfaces before i cleaned everything thoroughly. When i complained, they offered to send someone to clean the place, however this 'cleaning' just involved changing the bedding and mopping the floor! I cannot believe that the hosts are advertising this as a luxury apartment...it was anything but! Avoid at all cost...really not worth the hassle. The hosts really didn't care about providing a quality service...after much to-ing and fro-ing, they offered to give me a refund, charging me the 1 night i was forced to stay (due to the late time after travelling 36 hours). Zero stars of possible!

The accommodation has exceeded my expectations! It was very easy to find, the host provided clear instructions to check in and the room was very clean and comfortable. The room is extremely spacious and comfortable, with a glass window view perfect for chilling. The bed is equipped with a high-quality, very soft rubber mattress. The kitchen and living room areas are shared and fully equipped with all amenities. The host has designed every small detail very thoughtfully and is friendly to guests. Highly recommended.

I really enjoyed my stay. The condo was beautiful like the photos and it was clean. A cleaner came twice during my two week stay to make sure that I was comfortable. I also appreciated the well stocked kitchen and fully equipped gym. The host were very helpful whenever I needed a taxi and recommendations for places to visit. I would stay here again. Thank you.

We liked everything about Phuong's place. He responded very quickly from the start and was easy to communicate with about everything we asked. The accommodation was clean, and we felt like we had another home in Saigon. I highly recommend staying at his place. ++ The street is very peaceful and quiet. It feels very safe and cozy around the area. Overall, we will definitely make sure to come back to this place!!!
