Honestly the place was super clean and everything was perfect. The kitchen works well if you want to cook something quick and the coffee is tasty. The only thing I was not happy was about the cooling AC unit, seemed not to keep the room cool enough, hope you guys look into this! -besides that I will book again here!

They charge extra for everything I never got new towels or anything because they charge. I never got a good night sleep one cause it was always loud and people stomping and slamming doors. And the room was very hot air conditioning never worked. I have asthma and because it was so hot I had the worst time breathing.

I was there with my family. The noise came from the top room last 2 off my days was inappropriate and for that I called and requested to speak with manager or supervisor,I never got a call back about that .I never go back to that place even that would be for free.

Kitchen ok. No sheets were provided. Floor was dirty. Internet was poor for most of the time.

Kitchen was the only good thing about this property. Pictures are misleading. Found out two days into our stay by a flyer posted by the Florida health department that the pool was closed due to the fact it may endanger the health or welfare of persons entering the pool. They left a number and we called and found out their pool permit had been expired for three months and there were absolutely no chemicals in the pool!! Would not recommend.

This is not a comfortable property. Furniture was uncomfortable with no real places to sit, eat or work at. Pool was small, dirty and with no jacuzzi. Property is actually over a mile away from Las Olas and is not in a great area. It’s obvious that this little 300 SF unit was remodeled to be a VRBO, but it lacks appeal. The owners do communicate well and are helpful.

It was grossly misrepresented and i never did get the code to get into the room. Not tgat I was going to stay there. It was a total dump. No sign that it was the hotel to many things to list. I'm more surprised that hotels dot com is associated with them.

Filthy floors, staff completely unresponsive, overpriced for bare minimum service

We came and stayed for a couple of days… we paid a descent amount for our stay and the rooms details did not look as nice as they were in person .. there were baby roaches all over the apartment and the air system was terrible. The floors were so dirty that my feet were black after just an hour of being there.

The room was nothing like it was described. It is in a place where nothingu can't recognize it. The place is old and out of date.

Floors were extremely dirty and seemed not to have been clean for some time. Masked by the grey floor color. When we entered the floors were also wet.

Do not stay here. Very inflexible, non-refundable booking and roach-infested room. I killed 15 roaches of all sizes in my two nights I stayed there. There is no front office, everything is conducted through email or phone and there can be significant delays. Rooms have no heat, the shower leaks onto the floor, and accommodations are very spartan.

This place was not at all as advertised online. Honestly for the price point you’re better off spending an extra few dollars and staying at an actual hotel instead of this place. Got there and the doors wouldn’t lock and windows were all open. Inside it was dirty and less than ideal. In person it’s completely unrecognizable from what they showed online. Just stay elsewhere unless you’re going to sit in the parking lot and do crack with the rest of the people there. The property manager was also very rude over the phone and the only good thing I have to say is that Guillermo, the person who came to help open the door for us when we got locked out of the room was very kind and helpful.

Seriously such a scam! Huge deposit that I had to dispute with my bank. Roaches in unit. Tv hardly worked. Fridge went out & hasn’t been tended to though it was reported 5 days ago. Food ruined. Staff is completely unresponsive or will hang up on you then beg for a 5 star review. Yeah right!
