Hotel appears to be in transition after being purchased and while we didn't see any active renovations happening, its clear it is something they are working. This place is perfect if you just need a place to sleep and have food that's edible in the morning.

Amazing staff and great pool area. Sofa bed was falling apart and made a rough sleep for the guest that used it. Very quiet with no noise from i70 heard and great location by food.

The beds are very comfortable and the view and location are great. The hotel itself needs to be updated. There is a lot of patch work on the walls, vinyl click flooring warped and smells a bit of marijuana in the hallway. The staff is friendly though. The pool is nice and it is convenient to have a restaurant in the hotel.

Our room's mini fridge didn't work and toilet wouldn't flush. We were able to switch to a new room. But we didn't realize until after we were settled in to the room and unpacked. Inconvenient but it worked. The breakfast was pretty light and weak. At the very least I suggest fresh fruit.

The stay was good. The facility is old. The bed is hard. The pillow is hard. Bed sheets and bed covers are old. The bath tub was old and no drain cover. Bathroom is small and exhaust fan is loud. Shower faucet is old. Evryrhing is old. The bathroom flooring is old and bowing. Parking is excellent. Breakfast was okay but could use more staff's attention as coffee was empty, pan cake was gone, bagels were gone when I got there to eat. It took for the staff a while to refill. Check in was fast though. If you are not picky, staying here is okay. Leaving rating at the middle to stay neutral to give them fair feedback.

The bathroom floors were coming up. The shower had no water pressure. Couldn't take a shower. The sink plug was stuck closed. The carpet was coming up. There was stuff like food or smudges on the walls. The pull out couch was completely broken and not usable. The continental breakfast was subpar. Never staying again.
