It came as a big surprise that it is NOT possible to enter the hotel before 16h. The premise is literally locked up by a gate. We were traveling through Europe with three kids and had planned to arrive around 14h and use the pool until checking into the rooms by 16h (which would be normal practice). Luckily we didn’t arrive until 15:30, so didn’t have to wait that long. This fact should be communicated more clearly as we weren’t the only ones waiting by the gate in the middle of the busy street during a 34 degrees heatwave. Quite unpleasant. Anything else was fine, especially the evening restaurant. It was very practical to enjoy a delicious meal on-site. It is conveniently located by the highway if you’re driving through France. And obviously the pool was a plus for the kids after a long morning in the car.

Petit établissement au bord de la N7 ce qui peut faire peur à cause du bruit, mais l’hôtel est bien isolé et les chambres sont à l’opposé de la route. Petite piscine pour se rafraîchir après une longue étape. Chambre bien équipée avec une belle salle de bain pratique. Clim silencieuse. Bon restaurant pour éviter de ressortir. Petit déjeuner simple mais de qualité! Patronne et personnel très accueillant et très serviable. N’hésitez pas pour une étape !

J'ai passée une nuit dans cet hôtel et j'ai eu une très bonne expérience. Tout s'est fait dans un climat de confiance : un simple appel téléphonique a suffi pour organiser mon arrivée, et j'ai même pu accéder à la piscine ainsi qu'à ma chambre avant l'heure, avec l'accord de la responsable. L'endroit est agréable, la nuit a été calme et le petit-déjeuner était satisfaisant. Seul petit bémol : quelques travaux et aménagements permettraient de rendre l'établissement encore plus confortable. Dans l'ensemble, je recommande cet hôtel pour son accueil, sa souplesse et son ambiance.

A contre courant des établissements standardisés ,le mistral est dans l'esprit des motels d'autrefois avec le confort moderne en plus .Le jeune couple qui a repris cet établissement refait par étape et le rapport qualité prix est au rendez vous .Parking sécurisé,petite piscine ,petit-déjeuner type buffet et le plus un restaurant sur place .Pour un relais d'étape c'est parfait avec un vrai plus pour le calme des chambres refaites à neuf sur jardin .Notre coup de coeur l'accueil ,la gentillesse de tout le personnel et des ''boss '' Un vrai stop utile sur la N7 à proximité des lieux touristiques de Grignan,Vaison la Romaine ,Nyons etc ...👍

Gastvrij, goed eten, schoon en dichtbij tolweg

We werden gastvrij ontvangen. De eigenaren spraken goed Engels. We probeerden in het het Frans te spreken, waarbij we vriendelijk geholpen werden met het verbeteren van de taal. We konden in de binnentuin dineren vanaf 19.30 uur. Het eten was goed. Voor 3 gangen betaal je maar 25 euro per persoon. Ook de wijn en bier vonden wij minder duur dan in Nederland. De kamer had een airco die het goed deed. Het bed had een goed matras. De badkamer was ruim. Je moest je douchen in bad wat voor ons geen probleem was. De kamer en badkamer zagen er netjes uit, maar was eenvoudig anders hadden we een nog hogere score gegeven. Binnen een paar minuten zit je weer op de tolweg. Ideaal. Wij zouden hier weer terugkomen.
