This property is an excellent value. It's a bit thin on amenities, but the room was clean and appeared to have been recently renovated, the staff was friendly, and the bed was comfortable.

This facility was very clean and quiet. The staff was very nice. They only offered coffee in the lobby (as expected), but it was better than the usual lobby coffee. They had soap in the room, but no shampoo, so come prepared for that.

Very clean room, very thin walls, and lots of college kids on the night we stayed. The staff apologized when we checked in they there were a lot of college kids there because of the basketball game that evening. It was no bother. The room was quaint and clean and worked perfectly for what we needed, one night’s sleep.

Rooms were older but construction was taking place. My main problem was the mattress was the worst hotel mattress I have ever experienced in my life, as it was extremely firm. I decided to checkout after the first night even though I had a 2 night stay. The owner seemed like a nice guy however I didn’t come into contact with any other employees.
