The pool was freezing cold because the heater was not working. The sign that told it was not working looked very old. The walls by the hot tub, lounge chairs, etc were covered in black mold. The pancake machine was also broken. The sink in our room was cracked and there was mold in the shower. All the drawers and cabinets in the room were open when we arrived. The carpet in the hallways was ripped almost everywhere you looked. The hotel needs a lot of updates. We usually always choose a Holiday Inn Express, but this one was not good. The only worker we saw upon arrival was standing outside by a car in the parking lot, smoking.

Hotel was nice, was a little worried when we pulled up and trash was over flowing. Also heater in pool was not working so it was freezing. Did enjoy the hot tub and great breakfast. Staff was very friendly and attentive.

The trash cans were completely overflowing walking in and felt trashy. The hotub water was green and I was so excited to sit and relax, but when we saw the water color it concerned us. The staff was very friendly and kind. On a small note, the hotel pool being open only until 10 was disappointing. Keep it open until 11.

We had a quick check in, front desk employee was friendly and provided was with everything we needed. The breakfast was a great plus and had a variety of options to choose from. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, pool was pretty cold, but we enjoyed it anyways. I recommend this hotel.

Almost nothing works. Pool was iced cold, hot tub was broken, phone in the room doesn’t work, water in the room takes forever to heat up. Breakfast was okay but the pancake machine doesn’t work. From Google reviews, it looks like it has been like that for months.

If you reserve the hotel from a 3rd party expect to be treated differently from those who pay cash or credit card. I reserved for a king and got 2 queen beds. Who wants 2 queen beds as a couple? And when explaining this all I got was well I don’t have any king beds that was it. The staff didn’t even try to fix it at all. The breakfast set up was horrible when you go try to get some it was out of food the staff couldn’t keep up with it, so we just went and bought some food instead trying to keep fighting to get at least a piece of sausage or something. I will never reserve a room at this hotel again ever!
