Hotel was very difficult to find. It is in a residential building with no signage, I phoned the hotel but got through to their sister hotel and they did not know where to go either. Room was clean and nicely furnished though and location was great.

It's not really a hotel - it's a floor in an apartment building with small rooms. The room itself was very bare-bones, not even a chair to sit on. We were surprised that there was no tea or coffee available, nor even a way to heat up water! Kind of annoying when you are awake early and no coffee place is open nearby until 8 or 9 a.m. They should offer tea/coffee in the common area at least. We also had no idea that there would be no one available to check us in after hours. They sent a Whatsapp link (with no explanation) that had links to open the front door. fortunately some other guests helped us get into the building and then we were able to get into our room.

Buena ubicación, muy cerca de la estación de metro Tirso de Molina. Habitación amplia y bien decorada. Ideal para estancias cortas. Se echa de menos disponer de un armario y caja fuerte.

Excelente ubicación para visitar Madrid, al lado de la parada de metro Tirso de Molina. Para el precio que hemos pagado la habitación se me queda corta, sin armarios, camas individuales muy estrechas y sin edredones, sin ninguna mesa ni escritorio para poner las cosas, para una noche o dos no está mal, para más es algo incómoda.

Loved the room, location and staff. Will atay again too short a stay! The restaurants and tapas bars nearby were awesome. One of my faves for breakfast or brunch was less than a block away La Rollerie.

Overall, great experience. The location is absolutely perfect. 100% recommend to anyone coming to Madrid. Only minor details (some of which may still be in progress since it's brand new): - A bigger nightstand could be added to fit a phone/ water/ book. - The counterspace in the bathroom is kinda small. Maybe a shelf to hold products ;) - The blanket could be bigger. - Could use a desk in the bedroom. That said, everything is new and of great taste. Shower had great pressure; air con nice and clean, extra points for mini fridge in bedroom; perfect location; helpful reception team. Not hotel-specific but there's a 24h supermarket in the corner and 2 metro stations/lines close by, but if you are here for tourism, you barely need it. Walked to all major points. Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, Museo del Prado, Mercado de San Miguel, C. de la Cava Baja and its tapas bars. Would definetely come back.
