Beautiful, comfortable hotel in stunning location. Breakfast was great & staff was nice. Main negative is that showers are AWFUL - flood entire bathroom, not enough pressure to wash long hair, but this is not uncommon in Norwegian hotels (why??). Overall recommend

Our curtains are falling off. Marks in the walls. Food order incorrect so as to be inedible. But no charge. But hungry. Large stretchers carrying linens in my hallway. Unsightly. Good tv. I liked the hotel, I (being a semi-regular) always like this hotel. However, the switches for electricity in my room were poorly planned (or I could not figure out how to use them). Kind of strange that hotel management has not addressed this issue. Other than that, a very nice hotel.

This hotel was disappointing. I expected higher quality of services in relation with the cost of the room and the hotel reputation. I received a compensation for the discomfort I had to face and I am grateful for that, but when you are on vacation you don't want to experiment bad situations. Last remark: stop sending emails/messages in Norwegian only, if you want tourists to feel good in your hotel.
