I've been staying here for over a year as I work in Linlithgow about once a month. The rooms are great and everything you need in the sense of a comfy bed, modern facilities, decent WiFi and basic kitchen facilities. I do like the electronic keys, which have always worked, as it saves time having to worry about checkin etc.

Our only complaint was that we could not turn down the air conditioning, despite the instructions. The microwave and kitchenette was a bonus.

Very easy to find with ample free parking. Friendly staff and everything needed for a pleasant stay. The room was small but comfortable and very well stocked with coffee/biscuits and even a microwave and fridge. Ideal for exploring the area with lots of good restaurants and pubs within walking distance.

Lovely building in a great location. Very handy for us to get to events in and around Edinburgh as well as enjoying time in Linlithgow also. Room was immaculate and very comfortable with everything we needed. Hadn't realised there weren't onsite facilities such as a cafe / bar or restaurant, but plenty of choices on the doorstep. Would definitely recommend.
