The views of Lake Como from this property are honestly the most beautiful I've ever seen. The staff were amazing, so welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. The food was delicious too. Rooms were spacious with lovely touches like robes and a Dyson hair dryer. I felt like a million bucks staying here. One tip: read the arrival instructions carefully before you come, and make sure your taxi drops you at the right gate. Once you're in, it's pure bliss. Can't wait to come back!

The staff and the location was super nice, but there are so many rules that you don’t see when you book. You have to sign a lot of paperwork to stay pay a deposit in EUR at one exchange rate and get the deposit returned at another exchange rate - I feared that there would be no sun beds available, but actually none where used even though it was fully booked - as you where not allowed to bring any water, drinks or anything to the hotel, and the drinks where so expensive no used the pool. All in all what could have been great was disappointing experience

All the staff is amazing and helpful, especially David. If David is on duty you'll be sure to have an extraordinary time. He helped us multiple times through our stay and cooks lovely food. The staff were always avaliable and eager to assist. We had no problems checking in or out. The facilities are good, and the view is absolutely stunning. Really, the view from the lounge area is just unbelivable. The room was nice, cozy and clean. It had lots of strorage space, both for toiletries and clothing. The room was also equipped with a TV which had almost every streaming service on it. This is one of the best locations to stay in Como.

Et rigtig lækkert sted, med flot pool område, lækkert spiseområde, samt venligt personale (næsten). Dog er der nogle helt klare fejl, som nye overnattende skal være opmærksom på. For eksempel, må man ikke tage vand, eller noget andet mad/drikke med ude fra, dette har jeg aldrig prøvet noget sted i mine 20 år, som rejsende. Det er forståeligt, man ikke må tage det med ud til poolen, men ikke engang værelset. Det der gør det vildt besværligt er at menukortet til frokost og aftensmad er under al kritik. Menukortet er ligegyldig og har ikke engang en rigtig ret. Vi spiste aftensmad 2 gange og valgte her pasta carbonara som ikke engang er på menukortet men kun special anmodning. Så en dag tog vi en pizza med op fra byen, hvor vi blev stoppet i døren, og at vi ikke må tage det med ind. Hvilket vi ikke blev gjort opmærksom på, udover et skilt ved receptionen som ikke er super synligt. Der blev heller ikke gjort opmærksom på det verbalt. Så vi måtte sidde ude i bilen og spise dette mad. Det mindste personalet her kunne have gjort var at sige, ( tag det med ned på værelset, denne gang går lige. Det havde været god service). Men så please sørg for at have et ordentligt menukort med ordentlige retter. Vi snakkede med flere gæster som også pointerede dette. Jeg kan ikke gøre det nok tydeligt hvor dårligt det menukort er, men at der er den flotte udsigt fra spise området, og jeg kalder det et spiseområde, og ikke en restaurant på grund af det virkelig dårlige menukort.

Det var meget roligt, nærværende og afslappende. Der var plads til at være sig selv. Personalet var meget søde, behagelige, hjælpsomme og obs. på om man manglede noget. De spurgte om de skulle komme med anbefalinger til spisesteder og parkeringsmuligheder i Como og udenfor byen, som var en stor hjælp! Hvis man vil kan de også stå for ordning af bådture eller andre dagsture som kunne have relevans. Alt i alt, et fantastisk ophold med en lækker udsigt

We WILL MISS OUR STAY IN COMO. The location is wonderful and extremely well maintained. From our checking in to checking out, the entire experience was a hit. The entire staff, was welcoming and great. The staff at the bar(Mauricio) was great. Excellent mixologist. The food was done from scratch and always perfect. This experience was high end from start to finish. Our room was extraordinary, comfort and cleanliness was first class. The girls at the front desk were great, helpful and friendly. The team, their cooks and waiters awesome!!! David was amazing with his knowledge of wines and in the kitchen. My wife and I will surely be back again..
