Upon arrival we were greeted by a smiling friendly gentleman. Check in was smooth. Hotel is beautiful. Very well maintained & spotless. Breakfast was wonderful with so many options. Beds were so comfortable. Guest services the following day were top notch. Warm welcoming and so friendly. Excellent property with lots of amenities and perfect location. Lovely stay we will most definitely choose this hotel for all our future trips to that area.

This is a new hotel that is probably trying to reach its sweet spot. It was understaffed (IMHO) and not really fully equipped. They try to tout themselves as "Green" but do not provide containers for recycling cans, glass, paper, etc. Why in the world water glasses are not provided in the rooms I simply could not comprehend. We were told to go downstairs and pick up some paper coffee cups or, if the morning breakfast site was open, we could get plastic. Really? Just how cheap can you be? Pretty cheap, I guess. I hope that they can get their act together and treat customers as customers as opposed to wallets to be plundered. And just to be certain, I am pinning this on corporate. Staff was on the whole friendly. Pool and exercise room were excellent. These I can highly endorse.

Cheerios from previous guest on floor of our room. Had to keep asking for toilet paper. Family of 6, but they would only give one roll at a time. We booked room for 6 people, but we’re only given towels and pillows enough for 3. When we called the front desk for more, they seemed to have a struggle to provide more for the number in our room…we had to make do. Pool was clean, and good temperature. Breakfast was a wonderful spread and delicious. Over all we would stay here again. Just would like to see basic requests accommodated a little better.

Very sparse and basic, at best. The amenities in the room are barely existent. No cups or glasses to use for bath or mini-kitchen. Temperature of the shower never got hotter than warm. TV was basically just an internet monitor with some internet channels, nothing local or even main network channels. The room and hallways and lobby were clean. Looked like an IKEA showroom. The breakfast was tasty and sufficient. The staff was very polite.
