This is an older property and needs some updates, but the staff was amazing and super helpful and the breakfast was very good!

2/10 较差

Hotel needs a big face lift. While we were there, the power went out in the area which wasn't their fault but none of the emergency exit lights worked, no emergency lighting in room hallways or any of the stairways, 9th floor stairway was cluttered with electrical cords, driers, and equipment making it dangerous to use. Will never stay there again!!! Don't know how they passed safety inspection.

Older hotel, so smells a little old, but room was clean. Breakfast is decent, but the view mountain view through windows as you eat is great.

This was one of the cleanest rooms I’ve ever stayed in while visiting Branson. I used a Lysol wipe on the lamp, side tables, switches, etc. and it was still white with nothing on it after wiping down the hard surfaces. The bed was comfortable too and the hotel was quiet. I will most definitely stay here again.

We had to ask for towels when we checked in. There was only one towel in the room at check in and no wash clothes. Other than it was great.

Good hotel that was very clean. The staff and the counter assistants were really helpful and caring. The hotel and rooms were clean. Buffet was typical, but very good. There are chances to improve, but for the price I paid, there is nothing to complain about.

This hotel could be updated, there is a lot of items outdated and the room smelled very musty, but it’s fair pricing for what you get. Staff is super kind and respectful
