Rooms don’t come with shampoo or conditioner. You pay per packet at the desk, it says they have an EV charger; they do not. Outside falling apart, our room had food left from prior guests. I didn’t expect a lot but this was not okay.

We travel a lot, and this is one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed at. It started with the fresh dog poop on the sidewalk that I stepped when I got out of the car. The front doors looked banged up and dirty and the whole lobby was worn and greasy and not very clean. The rooms are small and minimally furnished. The ONLY plug to charge things is in the bathroom. The desk clerk didn’t have a clue about a Wi-Fi password, not did someone else she asked. When I went out to the car to get something I asked a third person who glared at me and handed me a small piece of paper with the necessary information. Why couldn’t the first person do that? It was loud with firecrackers going off nearby. The bed was extremely soft. In the morning there was an assortment of tea and coffee, but no milk or creamer. There are lots of hotels in Cedar City- choose another one.

The manager at the front desk was creepy. Reminded us of a south park character.

Your room doesn’t get cleaned daily. The rooms don’t come with shampoo and conditioner. You need to go to the desk to get clean towels and toilet paper. Beds are squeaky and uncomfortable. If you just need a one night quick stay, then it would be acceptable.

It’s a motel six shouldn’t have expected much out of it very dated no real amenities bed a chap wood chair and TV. Not even a mini fridge to store your goods out of the cooler.

Terrible worst place I have ever stayed Very very rude front desk manager staff Dogs are free But I didn't mention when I got there that I had them I did book my trip with them did not know i had to say at check-in i still have the dogs that i said i would so they changed me that they was not supposed to and it is way to over priced do to a event you have to go in only in the front door Like you're in prison so we was geting are stuff out of the car and my dogs so they did not bark at everyone and the lady came kicking my husband's bag and calling him a layer that he should know something that they said at check-in but i checked in and they did not even say it to me that the doors can not be Prop open and was saying she was watching us on camera everywhere we go Worst place ever!!
