Arrogant...Worst Hotel experience I've ever had. Did not honor my reservation even though it was ALREADY paid for on Thanksgiving night. Unfriendly Front desk agent who obviously wasn't trained properly in customer service, argued with me for 40 plus minutes. Hotel was less than 1/2 full. Said I needed to pay again for a room I already paid for...?..... what?
Condescending, patronizing, snobbish and disdainful attitude is what they were serving here for Thanksgiving.

Guy at desk when walking in door was very helpful. I was there for a concert and hie directed me in the right direction. The Bar staff down stairs was amazing. They explained food menu and was informative on on surrounding area. It was a great experience.
