Great location, art, breakfast and friendly staff

We were in Malaga for one night after a long travel day. The room was small by US standards and quite comfortable. The location is in the pedestrian area. A car is not necessary and parking options are slim. My wife and I appreciated the art in the hotel!

Lovely Hotel in the Heart of Malaga.

My partner and I visited Malaga for a few days, both our birthdays are around the same time and we thought a little trip away would be a perfect way to celebrate. Hotel Del Pintor is in a superb location, right in heart of Malaga and easily accessed from the bus routes from the airport. On arrival we were greeted by friendly staff who explained our room wasn't quite ready yet, however explained our luggage could be left at the hotel while we go and explore Malaga. On our return to the hotel our luggage had been moved into our room already. The room was clean and welcoming with a very comfortable bed. The Hotel also has a little cafe attached where you can enjoy a coffee and breakfast. Hotel guest also receive a voucher where they can claim a free coffee from the cafe. The only very small criticism of the hotel would be the curtains in the room, they were very thin and the lights from the courtyard shone into the room through the curtains meaning the room never really got dark. However we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel, we are planning to visit Malaga again around May time and hope to book again with Hotel Del Pintor.

Hotel moderno, limpio y bien situado. Personal atento y amable y detalle de caja de galletas me impresionó. Lo peor fue el ruido por la noche de la calle. Las ventanas no son apropiadas para el lugar y pase una mala noche como consecuencia. Si el ruido no es un problema, entonces este es un buen hotel para pasar unos días…

We did not stayed there. Upon arrival they informed us that our room had flooded. But they had pre arranged for us to stay in a super close hotel across the street. They were very nice and we did not have issues at the other hotel.

Perfekt läge!

En ultimat utgångspunkt för att upptäcka Malaga, nära till allt såsom restauranger, sevärdheter osv. Hotellet är litet typ 15 rum men allt är rent och fräscht och storleken på rummet räcker absolut till för det ändamålet. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal och gott kaffe har de dessutom och riktigt bra pris. Återvänder jag till Malaga bokar jag garanterat här igen.

Friendly staff. Quirky decor - nice artwork. Clean and spacious room. Was a bit noisy even with window shut - fine in January but in hotter months you would want the window open. Unfortunately the lift was broken but they tried to compensate by taking luggage to rooms etc for guests. Nice personal touches eg message on mirror welcoming us and biscuits in room. Fresh water available and can refill. Bed comfy and plenty of pillow choices. Location good in old town - walkable and close to a lot of attractions in old town. 20 min walk to port area.

God værdi for pengene. Dejlig stemning, perfekt beliggenhed, god rengøring og roligt kvarter. Vandkøler med vand til fri afbenyttelse i receptionen. Jeg havde booket et enkeltværelse, det var fint i størrelsen. Det er tit de små detaljer, der gør forskellen, som en super sød receptionist, en velkomsthilsen på spejlet i badeværelset og den gode kaffe. Jeg ville booke igen!
