We chose this hotel for the shuttle service from and to the airport. We were left stranded at the airport upon arrival. We tried for over an hour to get in contact with the hotel without success, we ended up taking a pricey taxi. When we made it to the Hotel we explained the situation and their response was very dismissive. It is very hard to get in contact via phone or WhatsApp with this hotel so be aware. Have a plan b for transportation.

Um hotel novo, lindo e com instalações perfeitas. E tudo acaba aí. Serviço péssimo e horrível!!! Dizem que a arrumação do quarto é diária, mas ela nunca acontece. Vc volta dos passeios cansado, chega no apartamento e está tudo do jeito que vc deixou. Lixo sem ser recolhido, cama sem arrumar, faltando papel higiênico e sem as toalhas. Um caos! Aí vc tem que descer até a recepção para reclamar. Só que tem que entrar na fica do check-in e fica um tempo enorme esperando para poder pegar as folhas e papel higiênico que não foi colocado no quarto. Um absurdo. Quanto ao café, é outra piada. Vc desce para tomar o café por volta das 08:00 e já não há mais nada para comer. Lembrando que o café termina às 09:30. Falta café, manteiga, açúcar e todo o resto. Vc olha em volta e vê no rosto dos outros hóspedes a cara de decepção. Funcionários com a cara fechada e sem nenhuma supervisão. Nunca vi o gerente do hotel tentando resolver o problema do café. O café é outro absurdo. Ainda tivemos um dia em que o único tipo de pão que ofereciam estava embolorado. Estão acabando com um hotel novo e com instalações de primeira. Falta de comando e organização. Não recomendo este hotel. Um dos piores atendimentos que já presenciei.

Clean & nice. Breakfast was so chaotic. They kept running out of everything. When someone would ask a staff member, they replied in a rude manner, "we're very busy. We'll get to it when we can." My son and I waited 15 min for maple syprup and a fork. It never came, so he ate his pancakes with jelly and his hands. They ran out of milk, so he couldn't even eat a bowl of cereal.

The staff are wonderful and the rooms are very clean. Breakfast is delicious. If it is busy it can take awhile to check in or out so leave yourself time. Also the shuttle is NOT guaranteed to the airport so don't be surprised if you need to order an Uber.

Not what you’d expect from a big name like Hyatt. We filled the form the hotel sent us to book the airport shuttle to pick us up from the airport after a very very very long day of flights. We waited at Cancun airport for over an hour, but no one came. We called the hotel over & over again, No answer. Hotels.com tried to call them and also no answer. We ended up having to take some very expensive airport transfer for a hotel that was 7 minutes away. The hotel and room itself is very lovely, very clean, very comfortable. The breakfast was awful! No cutlery, no cups, no coffee, half the things were empty. The things that were there were nice like the hash browns. But in general, everyone was just standing around waiting for cups/ spoons/coffee/ food, Hotels.com said they will ask the hotel to reimburse our transfer. And the hotel itself and rooms and bathroom was very very comfortable after a tiring night.

O atendimento foi excelente: todos os funcionários foram muito simpáticos, atenciosos e prestativos. O hotel oferece transfer do aeroporto para o hotel tanto na ida quanto na volta, e a equipe responsável pelo transporte também foi muito cordial. O hotel é muito novo, porém durante a hospedagem ainda havia cheiro de cimento e poeira, que saíam pelo sistema de ar-condicionado, o que trouxe certo desconforto. Reservei uma suíte pelo aplicativo do Hotéis.com porque constava a informação de cama king e mais um sofá-cama, mas o quarto possuía apenas uma cama. Isso foi frustrante, pois paguei por uma acomodação mais cara justamente para ter duas camas disponíveis, o que acabou não acontecendo.
