We specifically booked this hotel because of the pool and hot tub, which were the main reasons we chose to pay a higher rate. Unfortunately, both were closed during our stay. This closure was not clearly or prominently disclosed on the website at the time of booking. Without access to these amenities, the stay did not feel like a good value for the price. Greater transparency about amenity closures would help guests make informed decisions.
