Gut zum Uebernachten, in der Nähe einer U-Bahn-Station, im Herbst/Winter sehr kalt. Frühstück durchschnittlich bis gut. Empfang an der Reception durchschnittlich freundlich. Servicepersonal beim Frühstück dafür motiviert und freundlich.

Siamo arrivati per il check-in la sera tardi, nonostante questo in 5 minuti abbiamo fatto tutto e il ragazzo della reception ci ha fornito una camera plus per scusarsi dell’attesa, veramente super apprezzato.

Great stay. Good location, clean room. Comfy bed. Good breakfast. Staff clearly stretched with people off sick we were told, but working hard to make sure we were still looked after

Not what I expected

I originally thought I had booked my room on this sight but when I got there they didn’t have my booking - totally my fault. The lady at the front desk told me they did not have the room I was after, until I showed her that it showed available on this app. She then said she’d have to clean it. I found it odd that the front desk person had to clean the room but she did I guess. I could only assume that the sheets and bedding were changed and the surfaces were wiped. But the garbages had dirty diapers from the previous guests. I’m not sure if this is common practice in the UK but it made me very uneasy.
