思ってたより部屋が狭かった 一番残念なのは部屋に窓が無いというか小さなすりガラスだけで外が見えない。 またチェックイン前に荷物を預かって欲しいと聞くとフロント横のロッカーを案内されたが、全てのロッカーが埋まっていて、探しているとスタッフが全て埋まってるからフロントで預かりますとのこと。←サービスレベルが少し残念でした。 あとテレビがリモコンにはyoutube やNetflixのボタンがあるのに地上波とBSしか見れないのは今時あり得ないと思います。 新しいホテルなので清潔感はありました！ また周辺にはいっぱいお店があったのは便利。 スーパーもかなり近い！駅も近い！ 次横浜に来る時には、値段、施設、サービスを鑑みると、ここには泊まらないかな… 星野リゾートに期待しすぎたのかな…

ハマスタによく行くので興味があって宿泊してみました。新しくできたということだけあって、とても綺麗で快適でした。毎日屋上のテラスでジャズのイベントがあり、月曜日だったのですが思っていたよりも宿泊客の方々が来ていました。ライトアップされたハマスタを見ながらビールを美味しく頂きました。 朝食はせっかくなのでビュッフェにして、サクサクの美味しいクロワッサンや点心などとても美味しかったです。スタッフの方も程よい距離感でオススメのパンなど声かけて下さって居心地が良かったです。また利用したいです。
