The room was spectacular. I stayed in room 243. It was very well furnished for the price. I would say that it was one of the best hotel rooms I stayed at in New hampshire. This room came equipped with a refrigerator, and induction stove top, a full microwave with exhaust fan, sink and dishwasher, dishes, cooking utensils and pots and pans. The bathroom is very spacious with a large shower and a very large sink. There was a decent size TV , a small table with a chair at it for eating or work and there was also a couch that was comfortable. The bed was fairly comfortable but about what I would expect. The pillows were numerous enough to make up for how quickly they went flat but overall the bed was three out of five. I think having better pillows and blankets would have helped. The staff were spectacular and extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The last thing I also want to add about the room was that it was extremely clean. Housekeeping did an amazing job. The only two downsides I had were a smell coming from the second floor gym around the elevator area. It was pretty potent. The other issue I had was with the HVAC system. The temperature threshold was 4° which means if it was set for 70 it would cool down to 66 before it kicked on. There was also the cold air return that sounded like a jet engine but I sleep with a large fan so this was comforting to me. But I can't stress enough how happy I was with my stay and I truly hope I have the privilege of staying here again

When we arrived there was a very long line at check in. After about 30mins to check in we got to the front and were told we couldnt stay here! (Why the line was so long we werent the only ones)They sent us to a different hotel miles away. This hotel was not near where we wanted to be, as well as not the same quality of the hotel we originally booked! Ive attempted to contact management who is clearly avoiding me. Multiple phone calls and voicemails. Im asking for an explanation and some kind of compensation for being inconvenienced like this!

Room was in good condition and staff was courteous to us, but when we arrived the check in process took well over an hour with a line out the door. We were first told there was not a room for us, then we were offered a place in Kittery, Maine which wouldn't work. Because of the delays before finally being assigned a room, we lost a reservation that we had scheduled months ago, so that was a huge disappointment. Also, the valet guy might wanna lay off the weed while at work, especially handling people's keys and cars. He seemed to be imapired and smelled like a dispensary. The stay itself was fine, just disappointed.

When I made the reservation, I made sure to pick a suite (not a studio) and it did cost extra for a suite. However, the hotel was unable to honor the suite and we were in a studio. I would like to understand how Expedia accommodates this discrepancy. We had maid service only one day out of the whole five day trip although we asked for additional service to replace towels and get additional toilet paper.

Room was very clean, staff was friendly, valet parking was reasonable. But the room and building in general was very warm. We shut the heat off and our room was still 73°. I guess on a cold winter night I should just be thankful. Also loved that it was in walking distance to some great restaurants and bars. Will definitely be back there in the future.

We were so happy to be able to book a suite here. It was our first time traveling with our one-year-old and we wanted to set her up in the living room so we wouldn’t disturb her when she went to sleep. The suite was a great size with nice furnishings and appliances. The location was amazing and the parking garage behind the hotel is cheap and easy to access. My baby slept the most she’s ever slept, so she definitely loved her stay! There were a few drawbacks - the cleanliness could have been better. There was a giant smear of lipstick in our bathroom sink that threw me off. We also had an empty soap bottle in the shower. Also, the bed is one of the worst I have ever slept in. I think I only slept 2-3 hours. So, so firm! I would definitely stay again though, and just plan to bring my own memory foam pad for the bed!
