The property and location were eccellamt for us. We love the amenities at the Ocean Edge and the wading pool at the Charm. My only suggestion is that they provide more direction on use of the in room entertainment and the door locking system. We were left to figure that out on our own.

Good location, good staff, room very small, may be 100 yrs old property, tub bath is antique, dangerous to climb for old people, plumbing very old, don’t good for people who has back and knees problems..!!!

Overall great stay. The room was smaller than expected but still clean and cozy. The breakfast had fresh and quality baked goods and fruit, however, the only savory option available was smoked salmon (delicious! but personally I'm not a sweet person so the option was limited). The amenities were great. Would have loved a little more introduction/tour around the property at check-in.

Cute place. Love the decor in the main house and room. Nice that they had water and snacks available at any time. Loved spending time on the big porch and in the rocking chairs.

The room was one of the smallest rooms I’ve ever been in. A double bed (for two people)against the wall so one person had to climb over the other to get in and out of the bed. It was truly ridiculous. Also I wasn’t aware at time of booking that the room had a shared bathroom with other rooms. It was clostrophobic. Not worth the price point. Other than the room situation, the hotel(inn) itself was very nice and well decorated. The breakfast that was included was also very nice.
