Hotel would not honour the rate / amenities booked.
At check-in informed they would not provide the amenities (game drive, afternoon tea each day) that were listed in the rate I booked. The manager blamed Expedia.
The manger gave in partially and offered 1 x complimentary game drive, but this was not what we booked.
Additional big negative. Room was also freezing. Asked for a blanket and told none were available - manager had an extra sheet delivered. We were told to wear more clothes if we were cold.
On the positive side, the food was excellent.
Would I stay here again - absolutely not.
