Good place to stay and rest for a few nights. Ideal for business. You really get your money’s worth if you’re able to stay multiple days. A little steep if you’re only staying for essentially a wake-up but that’s my opinion. Staff was nice building was pretty clean. Facilities looked good, but the vending machines are extortionists sorry. Would I come back? Absolutely.

The room was nice and very clean. I was disappointed that there were no tissues in the room and the chair was a little uncomfortable. The bed however was very nice.

This is a first-rate value stay with a great location on the Riverfront in Wilmington, DE. Beds left a little to be desired, but the rest of the amenities were excellent. Bad new hotel so well maintained.

King size bed room are always near the lift. The hotel seems to be recent and in very good condition as our room (very new furniture). Don't expect any dishes or kitchen utensils. Excellent experience except for the noise coming from our direct neighbors. Front desk staff was great so solve noise in middle of the night.

6/10 不错

Clean room, most of the staff was helpful except for one lady Saturday night- gave my daughter an attitude about needing towels to shower. No coffee in rooms, no pots pans utensils, one extra roll of toilet paper, only one tube of shampoo in the room, flimsy blankets, no ice machine, expensive washer/dryer, dirty elevator, thin walls, weed smell everywhere.

My wife and I spent one night at this hotel, as part of a leisure trip. We found the hotel to be very clean. There was a functional kitchen area in our room. There was ample parking, and someone walked the lot at night for security purposes. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. This hotel is a seven minute drive from the Wilmington Amtrak station. We will stay here again when we are in that area. The general area, in which the hotel is located, is in the process of being redeveloped and gentrified. The hotel does not offer breakfast, but morning coffee is available and free in the lobby. We did not see any nearby place to buy breakfast. I would suggest that the hotel offer danish, juice, donuts, yogurt, fruit, and oatmeal/cereal &milk be made available, if guests desire, for a small add'l upcharge. This would help families with kids, and adult guests in a hurry.

This property's name says "Riverfront." This is VERY misleading. There is a school bus storage lot on the front side of the hotel and a warehouse-type building behind it. The riverfront is blocks away. There is not a view of the river!!
